Organizational Structure
The administrative organs set up by GDUT in SIE include the Office of Party and Administrative Affairs, Teaching Affairs Office, General Affairs Office, International Affairs Office, and the Clinic. In addition, SIE has its own administrative organizations, including the Student Affairs Office, the Experimental Center and the Library.

The Office of Party and Administrative Affairs |
Responsible for the daily Party affairs, administrative affairs, personnel affairs, financial affairs, family planning, transportation arrangement and the coordination among other offices |
Teaching Affairs Office |
In charge of routine teaching and teaching administration, implementing teaching plan and teaching management, maintaining good teaching order, promoting teaching reform and quality improvement |
Student Affairs Office |
Responsible for student ideological and political education and daily management of students affairs, including Party building, League building, mental health education and consultation, construction of academic atmosphere, comprehensive evaluation of student quality, various grants and their evaluation and management, student activity guidance, etc. |
International Affairs Office |
Responsible for the school’s foreign exchange and publicity, coordination with foreign universities, helping students go abroad, foreign reception, foreign teacher management and other foreign affairs |
General Affairs Office |
Responsible for campus security, fire-fighting, water and electricity, infrastructure maintenance, sanitation, landscaping, canteen management, dormitory management, and fixed assets management |
Experimental center |
Responsible for construction and management of public teaching resources, the construction and management of teaching laboratories, multimedia classrooms, multi-purpose classrooms, autonomous learning center and campus network |
The Library |
Responsible for the construction and management of the library, the subscription and purchase of books and newspapers, the distribution of letters, newspapers and periodicals |
The Clinic |
Mainly responsible for the basic medical and health services for teachers and students on Panyu campus |
